What time is check in and check out?

Check in：4：00PM ～10：00PM
Check out：～11：00AM

Do you have curfew？

We don’t have curfew, but for the security reason the entrance door is locked during night.
Please make sure you don’t leave cardkey.

Do you offer meals? Are there restaurants nearby?

We don’t offer meals.
There are restaurants on the shopping street. Please ask reception for the detail.

Are there convenience store nearby?

There is a convenience store on the shopping street, a minute away from the guest house by walk.

Can rooms be locked?

Rooms are locked by cardkey.

Can solo female stay?

We have rooms for female only.
Please be noted that the number of female only room is limited.

Do you offer towel rental?

We do rent towels(buth towel per 100yen/towel, face towelper 50yen/towel)
Just ask at the Front desk.(No reception between 11:00PM and 7:00AM).

Do you have shampoos and body washes?

Shampoos and body washes are prepared in each shower booths.

Is internet available?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the guest house. Ask reception for the password.

Can I smoke?

The rooftop terrace is available for smoking.

Can you keep my luggage? （Before check in/ After check out）

We keep your luggage before check in or after check out only on the same day of your stay.

From when can I make a reservation?

We take a reservation 6months prior to the day of check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations a night prior to the day of check-in will be charged 20% and the same day cancellation will be charged 80% of the cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the entire amount.

Do you have a washing machine and laundry dryer?

A washing machine and laundry dryer are equipped on the rooftop floor. Please be noted that the rooftop is closed after 22:00.
Individual laundry detergent are available for 50JPY per a packet.

Do you have a parking space?

We’re sorry but there is no parking space.
